SYMPATHETIC INDEPENDENCE DAY LIBERIANS

Liberia, Liberia, Liberia, once a sweet land of liberty now a land of death and destruction...Liberians are crying for peace,,, Liberians are crying for help..........

Today marks Mama LIBERIA 156 independence day. Quite certainly today should be (or used to be) a day of joy and love as we all share the memories of independence. It is indeed sad and frustrating for Liberians to continue dying even up to its birthday. Is this the true meaning of independence; killing innocent civilians (most especially innocent women and children), looting properties, and seeking self empowerment through the barrier of the guns???

It is indeed a shame to all those who call themselves Liberians, that are currently destroying their counrty and killing their own people.

For how long will this senseless war continue, for how long will innecent liberians continue to lost their lives, before we Liberians realize that we are one people. When is this senseless war going to come to an end??? Somebody please give me an answer.

As Liberians celebrate this day in the land of blood and continuous death and suffering, I am asking all peace loving people of the world to please keep Liberia in your prayer. Liberia needs your prayer, Liberia needs your concern. I sorrowfully call on the International Community (The United Nations & The United States,ECOWAS, European Union, etc) to do everything within its power to speedily bring peace keepers to our Mama Liberia.

Long live LIBERIA, HAPPY LAND, A HOME OF GLORIOUS LAND OF LIBERTY BY GOD'S COMMAND .....SHALL LONG BE OURS.....

MAY THE SOULS OF ALL LIBERIANS THAT HAVE LOST THEIR LIVES AS THE RESULT OF THIS WAR REST IN PERPETUAL PEACE.

ONE DAY LIBERIA WILL BE FREE..............
